Privacy Policy / Terms & conditions
Privacy Policy
Here at Azariah, we take the privacy and security of your information seriously. This Policy outlines how we, collectively referred to as “Azariah,” “we,” or “us,” gather, use, transfer, and disclose your information.
Our Policy encompasses the information we collect regarding our Recruitment Services, Consulting Services, and Products, which we refer to as the “Services.” It also includes information gathered from:
The websites we manage, which you’re currently viewing this Policy on (referred to as the “Site”).
The software applications we offer for use on computers or mobile devices (referred to as the “Apps”).
Our social media pages and associated apps linked to the Site (referred to as our “Social Media Pages”).
HTML-formatted email messages we send to you that direct to this Policy (collectively referred to as the “Online Systems”).
Furthermore, this Policy extends to other methods through which we collect information. This includes gathering data from face-to-face conversations, phone calls, and non-electronic communications, such as mail or in-person discussions, distinct from our Online Systems.
Our Data Collection: What We Gather!
At Azariah, we gather information that helps us serve you better and run our business smoothly. This info, known as Personal Information, can range from your name and contact details to how you prefer to communicate with us.
When you’re considering a job through us, we might need details like your name, address, phone number, email, work history, education, and any special skills you have. Sometimes, we’ll even use pictures of you that you’ve shared online, like on LinkedIn. We might also check out your background, with your permission of course.
If you’re using our online systems, we’ll collect things like your usernames and passwords to make sure everything runs securely.
In some cases, we might ask for sensitive info, like your race, age, or nationality. We only do this when it’s necessary to follow the law, especially regarding equal opportunities. But, unless it’s legally required, we’d rather you didn’t share things like your ID number, credit card details, or health info with us.
Remember, if you’re not comfortable with any of this, you don’t have to give us your Personal Information. We respect your privacy and choices.
Gathering Your Info: Here’s How!
When you engage with Azariah, you share some of your Personal Information directly with us.
This could happen when you sign up for our Online Systems, send us your resume, apply for a job, take part in surveys or assessments online, join our courses, chat with our coaches, or reach out to us through email, forms, phone calls, or regular mail.
If you give us Personal Information about other people, like references, you’re telling us that you have their permission to do so and that we can use that info as outlined in our Policy.
Sometimes, we receive Personal Information about you from our clients, for whom we provide services.
We might also gather information about you from other sources.
When you take part in assessments or coaching sessions, the person leading these might share some of your Personal Information.
In our recruitment services, we may also gather Personal Information about you from various sources. This could include referrals, networking, public databases, marketing partners, licensed databases, and social media. The info we get from these places might include your name, contact details, work and educational history, skills, and even photos you’ve shared online, like on LinkedIn. We might also check with your former employers or other references. And, when allowed by the law, we might verify your background.
Sometimes, we use third-party companies to sell books, assessments, or other products on our online platforms, or to handle event registrations. If you decide to buy something or sign up for an event, you might be taken to a webpage hosted by one of these third parties, not by Azariah.
Any Personal Information you provide on those pages goes under the privacy policy of that third party, not ours. We don’t control what they do with that info, so it’s important to check their policies. Keep in mind, our policy here doesn’t cover what happens on those third-party pages or their privacy practices.
Policy Overhaul: Stay Updated!
At Azariah, we keep an eye on our privacy practices and update them as needed. You can see when we last updated this Policy by checking the “Revised Date” at the bottom. Any changes we make will be effective as soon as we post the updated Policy on our website for you to access.

Any personal information you provide on those pages to the third party will be governed by their privacy policy, not ours. Azariah doesn’t control or take responsibility for how the third party uses information collected on those pages. Please note that our policy doesn’t cover the collection and use of information on the third party’s page or their privacy practices.
